Ordering add-ons without a package? First orders include a one-time $20 build-your-own configuration fee for verifying links, programming and testing. Packages include programming and testing, and reorders never pay it. On reorders, local installation is $39 for every customer, including Pro customers, and an optional redesign or rebrand is $39.
What “programming & testing” means
The part you don't have to do.
Every package includes the same programming and testing. It's the difference between a sticker with a code on it and a kit that works the first time a customer taps it.

We find and verify your review link
Paste it if you have it. If not, we locate your public listing from your business name and address and confirm it with you.

We program every piece
Each piece gets its own TapRidge link, written to its NFC chip and printed as a matching QR code. The link forwards to your page, so it can be updated later without new hardware.

We send a proof
You see your design and links before anything is made or charged.

We test, then ship or install
Every piece is tapped and scanned before it leaves. With local installation, included in Pro, we install it with you where available.

No subscription is required. Packages, add-ons and upgrades are one-time purchases.
When do I pay?
After you submit your order, we confirm your links and send a proof of your design with the total and payment details. You pay once you approve it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on your address and the size of your order. We include it on your proof, so you see the full total before you pay. Local installation is $39 instead of shipping, or included with Pro, where available.
What is the build-your-own configuration fee?
If your first order is add-ons only, with no package, a one-time $20 fee covers finding and verifying your links, programming every piece and testing it. Packages already include programming and testing, and existing customers don't pay it when they reorder.
Can I combine a package with add-ons?
Yes. Pick a package, then add anything extra on the same order. You can also order add-ons on their own.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Reorder anytime to add displays, cards, stickers or a Hub. We'll match your existing design and links, or you can choose a redesign or rebrand for $39. Local installation on a reorder is $39, including for Pro customers, since Pro covers the original installation only.
