Before you add one.
Can I change a link after the Hub is live?
Yes. Your Hub is a page hosted by TapRidge, so a new booking provider or Instagram handle doesn't mean a new display. Contact us with the change.
Does the Hub replace my review display?
It can, but we don't recommend it at checkout. A review display takes customers straight to the review form with no choices in between. The Hub is best where people have a moment to browse.
Do customers need an app?
No. The Hub opens in the phone's browser. Buttons hand off to the apps customers already have, like Maps, Phone or Instagram.
Can I order a Hub without a package?
Yes. Choose “Add-ons only” when you order and add the Hub. First orders without a package include a one-time $20 build-your-own configuration fee. Existing customers can add a Hub by reordering, with no configuration fee.
